The Fredericksburg United Methodist Church Foundation
 Purpose:
The FUMC Foundation is established to provide a means through which enduring
charitable gifts will become a living memorial and a perpetual source of financial
support to benefit the church and its programs. It is the vehicle for receiving and
managing gifts that look to the future and enhance the ability of the church to promote
its ministries and care for its property.
How to Give:
Write a check or give cash
Make the Foundation the beneficiary of your life insurance policy
Memorial gifts or tribute gifts
Real Estate
Personal property
Stocks or bonds
Planned gifts
Qualified charitable gift annuity
Gifts to the FUMC Foundation are tax deductible. Bequests, life income gifts
and other donations of value are generally exempt for Federal Estate and
Gift taxes.
