Dear Fredericksburg UMC Friends,

We will have our annual Church Conference meeting at the church on Tuesday evening, November 15 at 6:30 pm. Our new District Superintendent, Rev. Ricky Sanderford will be presiding.  It will be a time of taking care of some "business" matters, such as certifying candidates for ministry, reviewing membership, compensation for pastors, and electing church leadership for next year.  However, I anticipate that most of the meeting will be Rev. Sanderford getting to know us and what we need and anticipate for the future.  This is an open meeting, and all are welcome to attend.

By the way, we probably will not be ready to present a budget for 2023 just yet, as we are still waiting on estimate of giving cards to be turned in.  So, if you have not turned yours in yet, it will be helpful to the church if you can.
